All events held at Lime Spring Farm include the following features:
The Grounds:
- Breathtaking view of Lancaster County farmlands
- Spectacular photo opportunities amidst our landscaped gardens, lawns, fields, and visiting wildlife
- On-site parking
- Multiple, lovely lawns for ceremonies, games and activities, and more
- Facility available for large outdoor events
- Charming patio for cocktail hours, receptions, etc.
Historic Homes:
- Fully restored 1720's house and 1769 farmhouse with central air conditioning and heating, 2 restrooms, porches and tastefully decorated rooms throughout. The second floor offers suites for wedding parties to prepare, or can be used for corporate trainings and other special events.
- Two houses are available for use
- In-house atmosphere is suitable for mingling, cocktail parties, and other social activities.
- Capacity is 150 and, if furnished for dining, seating is available for 100 throughout the first floor
- Commercial kitchen is available to the caterers
- Most events make use of both houses and the tented area. The tents are 30’x 30’ which connects the homes to each other and 50’ x 100’ larger tent.
Tents:
- Large tented area on brick foundation with chandelier lighting and electrical outlets
- Accommodates 250-300 people, which allows for a dancing area, a DJ or live band, as well as food and beverage area.
- Tent sides are available (and hung by our staff) in case of inclement weather
