The Grounds:

• Breathtaking view of Lancaster County farmlands
• Spectacular photo opportunities amidst our landscaped gardens, lawns, fields, and visiting wildlife
• On-site parking
• Multiple, lovely lawns for ceremonies, games and activities, and more
• Facility available for large outdoor events
• Charming patio for cocktail hours, receptions, etc.

Historic Homes:

• Fully restored 1720's house and 1769 farmhouse with central air conditioning and heating, 5 restrooms, porches and tastefully decorated rooms throughout. The second floor offers suites for wedding parties to prepare, or can be used for corporate trainings and other special events.
• Both houses are available for use
• In-house atmosphere is suitable for mingling, cocktail parties, and other social activities.
• Capacity is 150 and, if furnished for dining, seating is available for 100 throughout the first floor
• Commercial kitchen is available to the caterers
• Most events make use of both houses and the tented area. The tent is 30’x 30’ and is on a brick foundation.

Reception Tent:

• Large tent measuring 60' x 120' on a concrete foundation with chandelier lighting and electrical outlets.
• Accommodates 400 people, which allows for a dancing area, a DJ or live band, as well as food and beverage area.
• Tent sides are available (and hung by our staff) in case of inclement weather.
